      Began in an administrative role with a General Contractor working in multi-family affordable housing rehabilitation projects, and was shifted into a Construction Coordinator role within 6 months. I administratively handled many items from new hire on-boarding, onsite payroll, certified payrolls, subcontractor certified payrolls compliance, training other project administrators, construction accounting trainer, document tracking (mail, email, fax), AIA administration and contract tracking, subcontractor insurance tracking, company insurance renewals and audits (General Liability, Auto, Workers' Compensation), multiple state General Contractor license tracking and renewal facilitator, researching compliance and applicable construction laws, and general office work. As a Coordinator, I did the construction accounting in the interim for a time where I processed project invoices and packaged our project applications (G702/G703) together for 3 projects in other states— 2 of which were HUD projects (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development). I facilitated calls with potential subcontractors and scheduled onsite visits with our management team before they were to bid. Asset management tracking.
