"The farmer is the only man in our economy who buys everything at retail, sells everything at wholesale, and pays the freight both ways." - John F. Kennedy On a Voluntary Expedition in creating efficient business models and innovative solutions to the Indian farmer’s problems, and mobilize the ideas, capacity, and resources towards sustainable profitability of Indian Farmers. Long term goal is to develop and empower the farmers with entrepreneurial skills. India is an agrarian country with around 60% of its people depending directly or indirectly upon agriculture. Recent data shows that an average farm household makes around Rs 20,000 a year. Is this enough to survive? Therefore, most agriculture households are in Debt. As per records, the average loan amount outstanding per household is above Rs,50,000. Needless to say that the world’s largest democracy’s “Anna data” is struggling. They are cheated over and again…. Debt, Drought, Crop failure, and land grabbing, all lead to farmer suicides. Our Model is designed to help farmers adopt innovative business models by pooling and processing the product together. Currently, we are working with Groundnut farmers of Anantpur, Mango farmers of Chittoor and Red gram, Cotton, and Soya farmers of Adilabad. We have influenced around 24000 farmers helping them out to be not only profitable but also to be free from Debt. NO FARMER IN INDIA SHALL BE DEPRIVED OF EARNINGS AND DIGNITY
