  As a Sales Agent, I had to be well informed and trained on the products the company provides to customers in all 16 destinations, this was done through extensive training, travelling to the destinations locally and overseas, to properly make an informed decision on the product we are putting out to our destination travelers. I had to also monitor and guide the booking process for large groups either leaving the vacation country or coming eg making sure there means of transport was on time, the amenities previously booked was confirmed and the additional items to make there tour an exceptional one was met and exceeded.
