Mr. Klair taught me his passion for great leadership. Mr. Klair has courage and fortitude to lead when confusion and tense pressure would cause most managers to fail. Klair also allows his direct reports room to grow by allowing them to learn from mistakes. His leadership style is difficult to find in this day and age. I would not hesitate recommending Mr. Klair in a leadership role of any size and scope. He truly strives to bring the best out of all of his team.
