  Fairway advocaten heeft zijn oorsprong in Van Dam & Kruidenier advocaten (opgericht in 1909). De wortels van ons kantoor liggen in de binnenvaart, een branche die wij al meer dan 100 jaar van juridische raad en daad voorzien. Vandaag de dag staat ons kantoor nationale en internationale cliënten bij op verschillende rechtsgebieden. Naast de (veelal grensoverschrijdende) aanvaringspraktijk, adviseren en procederen wij op het terrein van onder meer scheepsbouw, toeleveringen, financieringen, verzekeringen, transport, bedrijfsovergang, personeelsproblemen, maar ook publiekrechtelijke vergunningen, Europese regelgeving en (economisch) strafrecht, en dit is maar een kleine greep uit de vele verschillende kwesties waar wij regelmatig mee te maken krijgen. Ons kantoor is lid van het internationale netwerk van advocatenkantoren ‘Eurojuris’. Fairway advocaten has its origin in Van Dam & Kruidenier advocaten (founded in 1909), providing legal assistance to many different clients for over a hundred years. The roots of our firm lie in inland shipping, a branch of industry which we have served with legal advice and assistance for more than 100 years. Today, our firm assists national and international clients in various areas of law. In addition to the (often cross-border) mooring practice, we advise and litigate in areas such as shipbuilding, supplies, finance, insurance, transport, transfer of undertaking, personnel problems, but also public law licences, European regulations and (economic) criminal law, and this is only a small selection of the many different issues that we regularly have to deal with.
