• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to routers/switches and network topology, equipment and configuration; • Configuration, maintenance, and support of the enterprise network consisting of Cisco routers and switches; • Undertake routine preventative measures, implement, maintain and monitor network; • Deliver document network implementations/installations; • Offer Level 1, 2 and 3 supports for problems identified with systems and network; • Work within the IT Management System and contribute to its continuous improvement; • Troubleshoot complex networking and communication issues; • Interact with third party vendors as liaison between client and vendor; • Provide reports and presentations on the status of supported systems as requested. • The Network Engineer will provide a network design of the solution and creates a proposal document describing the detailed service offerings. • The Network Engineer will perform a pre-sales engineering role and support the sales department. • The requirement from client might include networking hardware and/or professional network management or architectural and design services. • Hardware offerings may include switches, routers, WAN acceleration, and load balancers as well as other networking equipment Show less
