Including the Area Operations meeting, Head of Business meeting, Field Management Team meeting as well as meetings with Partners. • Contributing to the circulation of the Best Practice Guide and other company-wide initiatives. • Worked in a team to produce a document that summarised the resources available to Field Management Teams. This involved collaborating with other departments and collecting data to improve efficient communication between departments. • Various extra training courses and programmes including employability skills workshop, Financial Awareness Training, Financial Crime Training, ATS recruitment system training training, Fieldcraft masterclass for Financial Advisers as well as a company CSR day. • Largescale comparison of survey responses for detailed analysis into employee satisfaction across the company. • ‘Ad Hoc’ tasks that ran simultaneously to larger projects.
