This involved comparing large amounts of data in Excel. • Formulated a report in Excel to analyse changes in the number of Financial Advisers throughout the company. • Attending and contributing to Operations meetings for the London, South and Central locations. Including the Area Operations meeting, Head of Business meeting, Field Management Team meeting as well as meetings with Partners. • Contributing to the circulation of the Best Practice Guide and other company-wide initiatives. • Worked in a team to produce a document that summarised the resources available to Field Management Teams. This involved collaborating with other departments and collecting data to improve efficient communication between departments. • Various extra training courses and programmes including employability skills workshop, Financial Awareness Training, Financial Crime Training, ATS recruitment system training training, Fieldcraft masterclass for Financial Advisers as well as a company CSR day. • Largescale comparison of survey responses for detailed analysis into employee satisfaction across the company. • ‘Ad Hoc’ tasks that ran simultaneously to larger projects. These included editing databases and migrating large amounts of data, helping with recruitment incentives, promotional communications, summarising feedback and action summaries from Peer Groups and contributing to several other internal reports.
