Always seeking the best experience to our customers, the best process to interact with Product and Development teams and creating a nice environment for his team. During our journey he embraced a leadership role and is doing very well as a leader. Leadership is a very long path but I have no doubt that Weno is each day developing him self and on the right track. Besides that, he is very creative and provide valuable insights to the business. Weno is highly motivated to start projects related to the company and is always willingly to help with whatever he can. He is really flexible and created layout changes on the fly if needed for simplifying the engineering work and delivering the project on time. He is really a team player! Representing that, Weno was invited to be part of an engagement group within the company, that was created to create strategies and tactics to engage the company's employees.
