Starting with our flagship factory in… Show more In 2018, I took a calculated leap of faith to co-found Greenpack, with a purpose beyond profit—establishing a greener, circular economy by reducing single-use plastics in food packaging. The venture couldn’t have started on a stronger note, as the Managing Director of Saarthak Vanijya immediately resonated with our vision and decided to invest in the project, thereby becoming not just a financial backer but a mentor and guardian angel for Greenpack. Starting with our flagship factory in Varanasi, we introduced cutting-edge technology to manufacture paper cup fans and paper cup Bottom Reels. The Varanasi facility is the bedrock of our operations, boasting the largest production capacity among all our factories. Realizing the market potential and understanding the geographical advantages, I expanded operations to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in 2021. This plant specializes in LDPE Coated Reels & Sheets, effectively meeting the demand for diverse paper-based food containers, including cups and boxes. It functions at half the capacity of the Varanasi unit but brings in a complementary product portfolio that helps us offer a more rounded solution to our clients. The latest milestone came with the inauguration of our third plant in Kasna, Greater Noida, near New Delhi, in 2023. With a focus on innovation, this factory is engaged in manufacturing a new array of products like Ripple Paper Cups, Double Wall Paper Cups, Paper Bowls, and even Burger Boxes. This plant is a testament to our commitment to innovate and diversify, always staying ahead of market trends and demands.
