  CareerHub is a career services office, with several services including career coaching, student employment, career readiness, and credit for prior learning and experience. Front-line engagement of students, employers, and faculty in-person, virtually via zoom, email, and telephone; answering questions, setting appointments, or directing to the appropriate person or department. Using Colleague ERP Software, asking questions to students, and using office resources to problem solve and figure out where the student is in the application process, solve complex issues, and triage where needed. Investigate and make connections with employers via the Handshake platform to connect students to job opportunities in the community. Assists diverse students with their career journeys by helping fill out career assessments and applications for school and employment. As well as promoting career fairs, events, and academic support resources. Collect, track, and analyze student data to check student notes, monitor department progress, and achieve goal fulfillment.
