During my career, I’ve rarely come across real professionals like Fundiso. I had the opportunity of working with Fundiso on a few projects as a consultant during this past year. Fundiso’s problem-solving skills are out of this world. When everyone thinks it’s the end of the world as we know it, he analyses the problem and helps the team to produce viable solutions. It is my pleasure to recommend Fundiso Machingauta . I came to know Fundiso when he was an Intern at an organization I was working for as an operations contracts manager. The young gentleman distinguished himself by implementing innovative solutions to day-to-day business challenges through optimizing manual processes by automation resulting in greater overall impact to the business through cost reduction and improvements in operational efficiencies. Overall, Fundiso is highly intelligent and has good analytical skills. He has excellent communication skills. His written work is both clear and concise, as well as interesting.Fundiso demonstrated his oral articulateness in the discussion sections which were an integral part of his role. Fundiso always explained his views very concisely and gave supporting arguments that were both clear and persuasive. At a personal level, the gentleman is a well-disciplined, industrious student with a pleasant personality. He went well beyond the job requirements in the quantity and quality of his execution , putting in a lot of extra research and attending office hours every week. Throughout the course, Fundiso demonstrated great perseverance and initiative. Not only was he interested in and motivated to learn the material, but he also put great work into assimilating it to his own experience and developing his own ideas especially in process improvement discussions we engaged in as a business.
