I had the chance to know Funda at Lostar as a disciplined, organized and goal oriented, hard working colleague during the two years of my Istanbul experience. She is customer oriented and takes care about their satisfaction; she analyzes the needs of the customers to offer the best training which is tailored to fullfill the requirements. She coordinates and organizes every event and training perfectly thinking about every single detail. She is also a good team player, very communicative and open minded; respects other's thoughts and ideas and tries to focus on facts to reach a consensus.
