  Kuwait International Terminal Project (KIA T2): The New International Airport KIA T2 is approximately 700.000 sqm, and the whole tender package, including a permanent Ministry and Consultant office (8.000 sqm) as well as a central Plant Building (13.000 sqm) and Water Tank Building (8.500 sqm). The project value is £4 billion KWD and designed to be eligible for LEED Gold Certificate. Organised and coordinated subcontract tenders and materials submission divisions in collaboration with consultancy companies: Foster and Partners, Arup, KEO, Gulf Consultant and NACO. Prepared and compiled all necessary documents for a tender package of relevant architectural packages in subcontract tenders. Ensured smooth subcontract signing process by creating a 'Scope of Works’ in line with technical specifications for each package and carrying out RFI reviews. Prepared bidder lists, obtained and evaluated all technical and commercial proposals and selected subcontractors with the Board. Researched materials/systems according to technical, commercial and aesthetic specifications.
