  Werelddocenten verzorgen voor scholen een unieke, onvergetelijke dag voor de kinderen. Zoals de naam doet vermoeden, brengen wij de wereld mee naar school. Zo ga ik met de kinderen een dag op reis naar China. Ondanks dat wij in Nederland veel van dit land horen, hebben velen nog geen kans genomen om van China een evenwichtig beeld te krijgen. Voor kinderen geldt dit dubbel. Zo geef ik tijdens mijn werelddocent-dagen de kinderen niet alleen een inkijkje in de grondbeginselen van de Chinese taal en cultuur; ik ga zo grondig mogelijk in op de veelzijdigheid van China en de verbindende menselijkheid van de Chinezen. “World Teachers” provide schools with a unique, unforgettable day for the children. As the name suggests, we bring the world to school. For example, during my program, me and the children will take a day trip to China. Despite the fact that Dutch people hear a lot about China, many have not yet taken a chance to get a balanced picture of the country. This applies even more to children. For example, during my days as a World Teacher, I not only give the children an insight into the basic principles of the Chinese language and culture; I will go into the versatility of China and the unifying humanity of the Chinese as thoroughly as possible.
