Purpose of the role: Daily management of providing service provisions for clients engaged with Salesworks, Point of contract for all client contact, queries and communication internally and externally, Assist in the test campaigns launched, liaise with the sales network to support the daily management of the campaigns. Key responsibility: Day to day management of the client relationship and communication. Ensure all client inquiries & emails are answered daily satisfactorily after getting response from the internal team as well as the sales network. Collaborate with sales network to produce, update and maintain current sales collateral & training materials. Facilitate and support training to sales network. Work in partnership with the client and internal support teams ensuring activity, processes, procedures and requirements are fully supported and effectively communicated. Develop and build strong relationship with all stakeholder. Daily/ weekly/monthly sales performance reports & performance analysis. Reconcile invoices and credits with finance. Show less

Have a chance to explore,learn and do Finance task for 7 month from my company, give me some new experience and challenging. I have to do daily invoicing report, company expense report, build relationship with finance division of site event such as malls, office building etc, collect all tax receipt from clients, support all office needs, event costing report, attendance report, etc.
