During this period, I had been to Bosnia and Herzegovina (NATO&EUFOR) as an Admin Assistant for 6 months. Under the CBTD (Capacity Building and Training Branch Division) , I worked as an Admin Assitant. I had lots of responsibilities here. I supplied office metarials, arranged DCOS's meetings and schedules, archived all documants in accordance with SOP's. I was in coordination with all other branch chiefs who were all from different countries and had different ranks and back-grounds. I represented my country here with a big honour and got "Commendation Certificate" from Chief of EUFOR with great ceremony. I also worked here in the Military Canteen as an accountant for 1 year. I was frequently responsible for overall cash management and related responsibilities to remain solvent. Collection, concentration and disbursment of cash were my major responsibilities. In some ways, menaging cash flows is the most important job of accountants. I always know that If at any time a company fails to pay an obligation when it is due because of the lack of cash, the company is insolvent and go bankraptcy. Morever, from my point of view , efficient cash management means more than this. It improves the profitability, reliability and reduces the risk to which the firm or company is exposed. During this period, I had been to Afghanistan (NATO) as a Health Consultant and "Patient Evacuation CoordinationCenter" officer for 6 months. During this time, I coordinated transfer of Afghan national and NATO member countries soldiers who were sick or wounded. All time , I contacted with the ROL 1-2-3 medical rooms and coordinated MADEVAC &CASEEVAC and national ambulance service. I presented a lecture about Afghans health promotion to both Afghans andother multinational soldiers and got a commendation certificate from a US Army General. In 2007, I went to San Antonio,Texas, US Air Force for English Course for 4 months.
