Freddie was our Senior QS on our development in Salalah where we have worked extensive hours together to overcome the difficulties of the project. He always delivered in line with the consultancy agreement and was always ready to help out on urgent matters as well. Looking forward to future projects together again.

Experience in the following areas as a Project Monitor (PM) and Payment Certifier (PC):High Rise Condominium / Rental buildings (PM & PC)Long Term Care (PM & PC)P3 projects (PM)Hospitals (PM)Commercial malls (PM)Industrial warehouses (PM)Hotels (PM)Religious buildings (PM)The position was based in Toronto with Canada's leading cost consultancy. Duties performed here consisted of the following:Budget / Cash-flow creation and controlInvoice and equity reviewSite inspections & estimating work in placeClient contact and managementSales reviews and trackingSchedule managementThe work here was primarily report-based. Generally I was required to produce monthly status reports on each of my projects (I usually handled between 15-20 projects at any one time). The monthly reports detail numerous pieces of information, including the cost to date & cost to complete (by individual budget, both hard and soft costs), contingency levels, holdback (retention) status, insurance status, consultants commentary (architects, structural, etc) and the status of the work and its adherence to the schedule. One project of note for this employer was the technical advisory role I carried out for the Canadian Air force's Contracted Flight Training School tender award for the next 20 years, a $1.6 billion project which required analysis and cash flow forecasting for the total Contract period. My report on this project was commended and is an example of how I have excelled in my work.
