Working in the Industrialization team, my main focus is to increase the efficiency of the production plant. Our team works in order to ensure the best results in terms of assembly time and quality of the product granting a safe and comfortable environment for the Production workers. My main responsibilities include: - Development of assembly and testing machines. I start from the mechanical drawings and automation block diagrams to arrive at the final assembly and implementation in Production. Everyday I experience a continuous troubleshooting and technological improvement on the operating machineries. - Application of Lean Manufacturing mentality to increase the production capacity of our lines. My attention is on industry 4.0 and lean robotics. - Support on R&D projects, helping the designers to reach the easiest and fastest way to assembly products with the best quality. - Definition of the assembly work flows and procedures to bring the new products into production.
