During my participation at the Guests of Frédérique, I have been introduced to Frédérique's expertise. The Guests of Frédérique creates the ideal platform to exchange thoughts and opinions with female leaders in a similar situation. The casual character of the evening provides an atmosphere where each question or topic is seen from a totally different, open perspective. Frédérique is an excellent host, responding professionally to the topics that are raised and posing the right questions to deepen a subject further. A very strong concept that supported me in my leadership development. Tijdens mijn deelname aan de Gasten van Frédérique heb ik met de expertise van Frédérique kennisgemaakt. De Gasten van Frédérique schept een ideaal platform om met vrouwen in een gelijkaardige situatie van gedachten te wisselen. Het ongedwongen karakter van de avond creëert een sfeer waarin elke vraag vanuit een totaal ander open perspectief benaderd wordt. Frédérique leidt de avond in goede banen door zeer goed in te spelen op de onderwerpen die ter sprake komen, en de juiste vragen voor te leggen om een onderwerp verder uit te diepen. Voor mij een sterk concept dat mij helpt in mijn verdere ontwikkeling als leidinggevende.

Eind augustus heb ik een schitterend gesprek gehad met Frederique. Ik had mij opgegeven voor de mini-master class rond vrouwelijk leiderschap. Ik heb bij Frederique een uitstekend klankbord gevonden rond topics waar ik persoonlijk niet zo zeker over was. Niet zozeer rond het leiderschap zelf, maar eerder rond mijn eigen persoon, hoe beter in mijn schoenen te staan (i.pl.v. sterker). Frederique pikte dit direct op en gaf mij ideetjes hoe dit beter aan te pakken. Ze paste haar eigen planning aan aan mijn vragen. Het waren 3 interessante uren die zo voorbij vlogen. Een aanrader!
