Frida has this fantastic aura of being tremendously knowledgeable within her field but still being extremely approachable and easy to like and get along with. She has a quirky sense of humor that often worked very well to lighten the conversational atmosphere, with the sometimes very gloomy issues we had to work out together, making the work both much more bearable and I believe also improving the end results. I have been very pleased in how Frida not only understands what I have been trying to achieve with my unit but how she has really internalized our goals making them her own and thus I have always felt that she is as much a part of our change management team as any member from our unit.
