Managed scheduling team to determine the schedule for the Press shop and sub-assembly operations day-to-day and plan for future and serviceable parts, and service of machinery. Built a mathematical program to identify which components would be required to be built on a 10-day cycle, both time and quantity, improving efficiency of the scheduling. Liaised with programmers in India to achieve a flawless execution of a new HR payroll system across the whole of the manufacturing operations; 6 plants, 3 shifts.
