At Mont Blanc, I am a Sales Administrator. My duties in this role include many aspects of the office, from answering the telephone and dealing with customer queries and general admin work, to inputting and processing customer orders. As with every job, time management is vital to ensure customer satisfaction, as they are the main priority. I also enjoy working as part of a team at Mont Blanc, and enjoy working and conversing with the public. I have also completed a Customer Service course during my time at Mont Blanc, provided by Bedfordshire College. This course enabled me to widen my skills and knowledge when it comes to customer service, and put these skills into practice within the work place.

At The Inn at Woburn I was a Commis Chef, responsible to the Head Chef. My duties here included being responsible for the bar snacks section of the kitchen and part-time on the pastry section.
