The Freedom Institute model is dedicated to recovery, long-term sobriety, and wellness for the whole family. Our team of experienced and skilled clinicians offers a sophisticated, evidence-based therapeutic model that incorporates Family Systems work whenever possible. This allows families and individuals to experience recovery in a caring, compassionate and confidential environment. We help the whole family heal and recover freedom from addiction. After an extensive assessment interview, our team will develop a personalized treatment plan for each individual and their family. A psychosocial evaluation is completed and additional psychological testing is arranged as needed. Our clinical team then determines the appropriate course of treatment for each client and family. Key to our approach is the collective expertise we dedicate to each client. Our staff is a multidisciplinary team with advanced degrees in clinical disciplines and trained in a wide variety of innovative treatment modalities, including Addiction Medicine, Individual Psychotherapy, Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodrama, Art Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, the Minnesota Model, and Motivational Interviewing. In addition to counseling, we offer our team of in-house Intervention Specialists. Freedom Institute has specialized in Interventions since 1976, and our interventionists are trained in both the ARISE and Johnson model. We offer a continuum of care after intervention, and are dedicated to preserving the dignity of the individual and family throughout the recovery process.
