I had the pleasure of working with Fredy for ~4 years. During that time, he pretty much leaded the Engineering team. He was a Project Manager of the main product we developed, and later on became the PM of the internal SDKs we built for the company. During that time, I was a member of Fredy's team. He was such an easy going team lead. Understanding work items and validating / gathering requirements were easy tasks for him. He is also a great teacher. I can certainly say he taught me a lot of what I know. He has a skill for explaining complex systems in a way such that a junior dev would understand. He was the person who got the company's advanced into the current tech stack that we are still using as of now. We used to brainstorm a lot of big tech decisions that we took and stand up until today. Fredy has a very deep understanding of the entire .NET ecosystem. He can write not only extremely performant C# code, but also beautifully readable code. I am sure there is no technical problem this guy cannot tackle. I would love to have the chance of working with Fredy again in the future!

I've studied with Fredy for 4 years and during that time he never stopped showing an enormous amount of creativity when dealing problems and always managed to come up with the correct solution to every problem. He is a very fast learner and would be a great asset for any team.

The FishAngler App paves the way for anglers to explore, catch, and connect on one global platform. Things I'm enjoying as part of the FishAngler team: - Learning and leveraging cloud computing infrastructure, mainly Microsoft Azure services. - Experiencing scalability concerns on a rapidly growing platform. - Leveraging agile practices. - Practicing working remotely with a great fully distributed team! Part of my work at ITsynch has consisted of: - Managing groups of up to six people in the end-to-end development and update of company products/solutions. - Researching and helping define the technical stack of the company through the years, as well as some of the software development practices. - Actively participating as a developer using technologies like .NET, Oracle, SQL Server, NHibernate, Entity Framework, WCF, WebApi, IdentityServer (OIDC), TypeScript, AngularJS, Objective-C, Winforms, DevExpress, and many more. - Gathering requirements and designing software and customizations for a range of domains like rapid response, maintenance, logistics, quality control, systems integration and various ETL solutions with the peculiarities of the sporadically connected marine systems. - Giving remote and on-site trainings and product presentations to company clients. - System deployment, continued support and on-site hyper-care. - Maintaining the supporting software used by the company’s developers and analysts (e.g. TFS, Git, Sharepoint, etc.).
