  As Chief Product Owner (CPO) I head Invidem’s Product Management department. Responsible for setting and driving the long-term vision and strategy for the service offering. Enable delivery of a world-class commercial service to customers. Development & quality of new features, offerings, and strategic direction as well as managing stakeholder demands, expectations and communication regarding the service offering. I lead and support the members of the Product Management department, i.e., Product Owners and Business Analysts, with the aim of always having a clear strategic direction of the service as well as a well-groomed product backlog in which key stakeholders are aligned and bought in the strategic direction of the service development and to align with different internal and external stakeholders. • Drive development and maintenance of the product vision and roadmap together with Product Owners and relevant stakeholders to ensure that the product supports overall strategy and goals • Communicate product vision and roadmap to all stakeholders as part of the requirements and development process as well as other stakeholders • Responsible for overall product decisions after alignment with relevant stakeholders • Facilitate/participate in backlog preparation meetings such as grooming & refinements • Stakeholder management – hold a diplomatic approach with strong integrity and ability to build sustainable relationships with Information & Technology Management, Client Relationship Management, KYC Information Services and Legal, Risk & Compliance. • Strong communication • Structure and well organized with strong ethics • Stable and mature person with a responsible approach and a proactive mindset. • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, complex, and quickly transforming environments. • Working with development teams from ideas and requirements to implementation, delivery, and maintenance • Leading and supporting hands on agile tech deliveries Show less
