  I worked as a Child Sponsorship Management Project Coordinator at Wahana Visi Indonesia from 2013 to 2018. Having worked with organization focusing on a child’s prosperity, I learned that the local community played a substantial role in fulfilling children needs and rights in education, health and child protection services. The opportunity to work in this area has broadened my perspective on children issues. I learned how to deal with administration in ensuring childbirth certificate together with Population and Civil Registration Official; preparing a shelter for children to play and learn, and establishing Children Forum to accommodate children’s aspirations in collaboration with government. Furthermore, I attended a lot of meeting to interact, encourage and collaborate with local people, NGOs, local stakeholders, faith & tribe leaders in several secluded areas to promote children’s rights.
