Det jag uppskattar mest med Fredrik som simcoach är att han är väldigt kunnig, har stor erfaren av att coacha allt från motionärer till yppersta världselit och slutligen är han mycket strukturerad i coachningen och simprogrammen. Det är riktigt kul att träna med Fredrik, jag är tacksam för att jag får coachas av ett riktigt proffs!
