I had the pleasure of having Fredrik as manager during my years at Arcam EBM. What Fredrik has done with the Production department at Arcam EBM is very impressive as he continues to cut costs and throughput times of the systems that are being produced in Mölndal, Sweden. Being my first ever manager, he has taught me very much about how a clear, empowering, fair and encouraging manager should be. Fredrik's way of managing will be both the baseline to which I will define a great manager and a role model for myself in my future career.
