Managed a USAID/CDC funded comprehensive care centre for HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria program with 7,000 clients, 73 staff and a budget of over 40million Kshs ($500,000) a year for a period of 5 years B. Established and formalized partnership with 8 major local and International partners/collaborators that included Government of Kenya, University Of Texas Medical Board (UTMB), University of Maryland School Of Medicine (UMSOM), Institute of Human Virology(IHV), Kenya Medical Research Institute etc. C. Pioneered decentralization of care and integration of HIV and AIDS, Tuberculosis and malaria programs within PEPFAR/USAID funded projects in Kenya D.
