Ejore is an intelligent all rounded Engineer. I have seen him transition from different roles / teams and his adaptability and consistency in performance is commendable. His focus on self development and developing others made him a role model to his peers.

Fredrick picked me up when I was an intern in Tullow. He passionately coached, trained and mentored me all through and today I boast for being given a role in Tullow as an Electrical Engineer Assistant reporting to him. Fredrick's attitude is an excellent one and he has a great command of soft skills which I admire and learn from him on a day to day basis. He is a team player and has given me responsibilities to lead. He is smart and his interaction with colleagues is exceptional. He is an excellent, multifaceted and a competent Electrical Engineer with trainings received around the world, UK and Europe of which I am lucky to benefit directly from him. He has trained me to be an all-round Oil, Gas & Power Engineer like himself and I learnt a lot when he was leading the electrical engineering team in the design, construction, installation and commissioning of three De - gassing facilities and an EPF at South Lokichar in Kenya as part of the Early Oil Pilot Scheme. He has in a big way demonstrated giving back to his community, Turkana. He has bought food to the needy with his hard - earned money and distributed to the less fortunate men, women and vulnerable children in his village and recently he led a quite successful fund drive to contribute and mobilize money to construct a modern fish store for the fishermen and women at his community. Fredrick Ejore is honestly a role model and a reliable mentor to junior engineers irrespective of the discipline.
