Whenever Fred was in our facility he always made the time to discuss HR theory and practice and the whys with me. He explained all sides, was approachable, but also direct and concise with his conclusions based on the circumstance. Just be prepared to get a very straight answer from Fred when you ask a question. It will be an honest answer. Most respected!

Kris W. Field, CCP

Fred’s a strong leader and HR practitioner. Very sharp, & straightforward. I learned a lot from him and enjoyed working for and collaborating with him. Anyone who has the chance to work with Fred will be better for it. I had the pleasure of working for and with Fred for several years at Cobham. Fred is a highly energetic and effective HR leader and practitioner. A very capable guy and he is an asset to any organization.
