  I have since my time as a student at CHIP now taken over as a full time employee. Current job consists of different tasks, such as drafting and reviewing international pharmacy contracts, sponsor contracts, and study contracts. Furthermore, the job consists of giving general legal counsel on all matters in-house and communication with external lawyers.

  CHIP produces internationally recognised research aimed at people with affected immune systems on how best to improve their health and extend life. As a student majoring in law, the job here consists of different projects. Firstly, the job consists of getting a large knowledge of the different studies, which CHIP are part of. Thereafter, this knowledge must be used in contract negotiations with sites and sponsors, which are part of CHIP's studies. The job has also consisted of other major projects, such as the development of a GDPR-clause for one of CHIP's external studies, as well as the development of a new site contract template. These have all in turn required the cooperation with CHIP's legal counsel in Region Hovedstaden as well as Videnscenteret for Dataanmeldelser. Show less
