During my interim assignment with Weasler Engineering I had the pleasure to work with Frederiek as the HR lead for the plant in Wijchen. Frederiek’s performance was more than outstanding and she has proven to be a very respectfull, reliable and knowledgable resource for me and the company. Whilst some of the work was not always as merry to conduct, Frederiek always kept view of the human side and business side at the same time. She was also the main go-to person when it concerned worker’s council and human resources. This she did with great knowledge and tact. Frederiek is a self starter and a good ear and brain to use when looking at business and process questions and plans. I will recommend Frederiek to anybody who is looking for a knowledgable and bright HR manager.

I enjoyed working with the highly professional HR expert Frederiek. She has the unique quality to combine professional HR knowledge, personal human touch, good business acumen and drive for business results. During the implementation of our major organizational changes, Frederiek successfully took the lead for the internal communication.
