La difficulté était de partir de rien et de mettre en place des outils d'anticipation. Le processus entre la culture (la vigne) et le produit (le vin) doit obligatoirement correspondre à un choix économique. Grâce au travail de Frédéric, nous avons pu éditer des gammes de produits en vente directe (GMS) et valoriser à leur juste valeur les propriétés du groupe. Nous avons traité l'activité vin comme un produit alimentaire (matière première, transformation, emballage, marque et mise sur le marché. En partant de rien, nous avons été référencé dans les grandes enseignes de la GMS (Carrefour, Auchan, Leclerc...). Sans lui, le pari aurait été impossible !
