As an executive board member of the Group, Frederic’s contribution to management projects was much larger than his strategic marketing role and expertise. His multicultural management experience was a key success factor to develop a real team work between the German and French subsidiaries of the Group. He successfully achieved the Dunlopillo brand platform optimization through the convergence of brand identities between France and Germany and the implementation of the international Dunlopillo website.
