  I've been working as a Team Lead in the development of a software solution used in pharmacies. This solution supports the operation of pharmacies (e.g., sale, logistics) and is used in more that 90% of pharmacies in Portugal. I'm participating in projects using the Scrum framework and working with distributed teams. I have an intervention in the following phases of the product life cycle: - Make high level estimates for epics for inclusion on the product roadmap - Identify technical/architectural implications - Contribute to the grooming of user stories in collaboration with the product owner - Support the team in the development/testing of user stories - Participate in the enforcement of best practices (e.g., by code review) - Publish releases for testing/production purposes (Azure Dev Ops) - Support the delivery of releases, namely in the analysis, prioritization and handling of pilot/production issues.
