      Since May 2015-present. I do tracking shipments, asking the status of a shipment to our carrier through email, phone calls, online tracking or chat. And convey the data in our system. Updating each shipments accordingly and determined if those are in good delivery based on the updates provided by our carriers. Sending escalation for the shipments that are in critical health such as missing, mechanical breakdown and any other issue that could affect the delivery time , the product itself or uncommon issues.
