As my Manager and Vice President, I can attest to his diligence and capability to set goals and achieve them. Re-aligning the Obuasi mine's community relations function to ensure more effective stakeholder relationships and securing their social licence to operate6. Developed schemes to more effectively manage Obuasi mine's non-core businesses which spanned sectors such as hospitality, health, education, sports developments, agriculture, printing, etc. and developed exit strategies for each of these units with the aim of local economic/entrepreneural development7.
