  I had the pleasure of working for Gregory Lander, representing the brand in their boutique within David Jones and Myer during the much anticipated Spring Racing Carnival. Not only did I have the opportunity to provide styling advice to clients, I also successfully upsold Gregory Lander’s products for whole-outfits to help achieve certain looks, helping my clients feel confident and chic for fashion-forward events. During my time as a Brand Representative, I also provided hands-on support in merchandising, restocking of products and business operations. I contributed to increasing overall sales, even though the department-store environment encouraged a higher proportion of window-shoppers and less buyers. I also developed my influencing skills by adjusting my communication style to a different type of clientele.
