Taking full lead and responsibility to transform a project lead, generated by Sales Manager, into a robust advice, proposal or tender which comprises both the client's and TGM's needs and requirements. After the Sales Manager has establish the relationship with the client and the client is in search of support of a specific project I will joint the TGM team in understanding the client's needs, his requirements and jointly develop strategies to create step-by-step a buildable project specific facade solution. In this role it is taking the information obtain from the client to the internal tender department and liaise with the engineering dept, production dept, installation dept, operational/project management and procurement to establish TGM's project strategy which can be priced by our calculation department. Ultimately this strategy is transferred into technical analysis, pricing schedules, programmes, scope descriptions, tender letters, cashflows, commitment schedules which is put forward to the client. As Tender Manager I take the project from early advise all the way to successful contract signing. Show less

Our cities are growing, but land to build on is scarce. So we need to go vertical with our buildings. However are we convinced we do this now in the most efficient and economical way, or are we lead by the limitations of our traditional construction knowledge? What does Qonstruc provide? Qonstruct is a unique collaboration between top specialists in the business for steel, concrete, transport, lifting and facade. With our combined expertise and knowledge we design, fabricate and install: - Prefabricated main-structures. - Integrate main-structures in facades with endless architecture and materials. - Provide the ability to have highly transparent load-bearing facades. - Deliver buildings with full flexible layouts to maximize income. - Improve construction programmes up to 30%. - Highly better the safety on and around our construction sites with less impact on surroundings. - Develop sustainable solutions with less material use, high recycle content and are also usable for refurbishments. All our solution can be applied from low-rise to high-rise buildings and as well as topping-up for refurbishments. I help our clients in developing buildings where material capabilities are used to address various functions in the building (real integration), provide solutions where components really work together, create faster programmes with Qonstruct's services but even further integrate with other trades, built beautiful buildings which stand out from the crows and have a much better income- and cost-plan. My role at Qonstruct is to take care of the day-to-day business and grow a young brand new company into a solid, reliable and recognized market leader with regards to efficient and future proof building construction.
