Provided intensive support to internal team ( Project leader, product management, engineering, quality, finance ) and suppliers, from early design phase to effective market launch. - > 8 % yearly savings for 2020 and 2021- Backorders at EMEA distribution center decreased to lowest level ever.- 5 Major NPD projects launched successfully within last 3 years. • Supported development and use of Sourcing performance Dashboard, in order to monitor and project key metrics ( KPI ) such as Spend, On Time in Full Delivery performance (OTIF ), Lead time , Backorders, Cost savings, Supplier and Risk Management, Projects. • Developed Sourcing processes, documentation, and databases (SAP) to maintain or enhance productivity, and ensure compliance to Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and internal processes.• Developed team so that it is recognized as being proactive, flexible, committed, reliable, and delivering excellent value to the Business, internally and towards suppliers.
