Over 650 workers was on this site during the peak in 2012 . I was responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities on a new compaction plant , tailing line and brown field work . ( +/- 200 millions ) This project won the Hatch Global Awards – Roy Curtis Project Excellence Award Mosaic was planning to increase their annual capacity from 1.5 millions MTPY to 2.7 millions MTPY .
