Freddy's has a number of strong points; he listens, he invests time to understand his clients business and their needs and he is very good at matching people to companies so both parties are happy. Although my interaction with him was very much recruitment focused, I think Freddy's experiences and skills can be applied to any role and he can be successful in whatever he applies himself to.
