  Secret Garden Distillery is one of the up-and-coming independent distillers in Edinburgh. As a tour guide, I bring the story of the brand to life in a one and a half hour tour of the seven acre botanical garden, distillery and tasting rooms. I talk about the distillation process, company history and values, and the history, species and harvesting methods of the botanicals grown on site. I also conduct tasting sessions and provide detailed tasting notes for the customers at the end of each tour. On occasions I assist in various areas of the business from gardening, harvesting and in the production warehouse. During the summer of 2023 I assisted as a bartender in the Secret Garden Distillery’s horsebox gin bar at the Neighbourgood market event in Edinburgh. Show less
