  As a brand ambassador for Oculus I demonstrate to customers how to use the Oculus Rift virtual reality headset. This consists of guiding customers through the adjustment process, ensuring they are safe, enjoying the experience and are sufficiently informed about the product and its requirements.   In this role I represented Microsoft, primarily selling premium and gaming laptops and computers. This required an extraordinary amount of technical knowledge, which I gained through training but continued to develop and learn while on the job, due to how complicated questions could be. I had to show good listening and communications skills when working with customers, as it was vital to work out what the best possible computer was for their requirements, in order to maintain the highest possible customer satisfaction. I also represented Nokia selling the 8110 banana phone, where I had to adapt my skills to represent a more quirky product and sales environment.
