I had the pleasure of working with Freda for a little over a year at Vaya Health. It was obvious from the start that she knew Lean Six Sigma process improvement. She meticulously worked with teams to uncover their problems and find ways to solve them, then sustain those solutions. But Freda has a much more important skill not reflected in her resume. She is a master at relationship building and tireless in her pursuit to understand her project teams—her customers’—needs. When Freda started at Vaya, she scheduled a 15-minute face-to-face chat with every person at the corporate site from CEO to Facilities Staff, over 100 people. This effort took over 6 months to complete. She asked what they thought of the changes in our industry and at our company and what they expected from her in this new role for the organization, Process Change Manager. In her work on improvement projects, Freda intuitively understood the unique level of support each team and person needed to be successful. Whether a coach, a teacher, a counselor, a project manager… she became exactly that to make and sustain the tough changes they were attempting. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Freda and learn from her example. Kind Regards, Beth Krisko, PMP

Frieda is a hard working, competent and dedicated Lean Manufacturing professional. I worked with her directly on several projects and she was always well organized, responsive, engaged and respectful of others. We spent over a year working together on a project to perfect a process that was new to both of us and to which no Subject Matter Experts existed internally or from the resources we had access to. We developed through experimentation repeatable, predictable processes.
