•I was responsible with providing the best possible experiences to all customers, including making sure they had the correct food and drink. This improved my customer focus as well as being observant and attentive to customer needs. •During summer and winter months the restaurant would be very busy, due to wedding season and Christmas parties, therefore I learnt to work to tight deadlines and under pressure. Furthermore, managing multiple tasks at once allowed me to develop my adaptability and my ability to prioritise and plan my workload. •Finally, I worked in a team of up to 20 members at a time. This allowed me to build my confidence when working within a team as well as my communicational skills.
