  As a professional Arbitrator and Mediator with the American Arbitration Association, I set up PDR as a private arbitration and mediation company to help companies, couples, and individuals resolve disputes without resorting to lawsuits and courts. I resolved company against company disputes; individuals against companies disputes; individuals against individuals disputes; married couples seeking separations and/or divorces; and individuals against local government disputes. I also did community service disputes and trained others to be mediators.
