  I co-founded Cirqular in November 2019 with the ambition to build a software solution for brands to provide an integrated resale service to their customers. Though we attracted some early interest, I quickly realized that as a start-up with limited resources, you're in a state of extreme risk and fragility where the existence of your venture relies upon quickly making progress (finding proof-of-concept). Therefore, as Covid-19 struck we pivoted to launch an e-commerce site for pre-owned premium fashion. We established an attractive brand, backed by operational processes that quickly saw us grow revenue month-over-month. However, the new direction of the company was not unique enough, and perhaps not the passion project that we had foreseen when we founded the company. As such, in the end of 2020 we took the hard decision to discontinue our operations to take a step back and reflect. Although the journey never became what I intended it to be, I'm confident that the hard lessons I learned will gain me in the future. Show less
