As a Project Manager, I am responsible for several types of construction projects - from private, to municipal, to public funded HUD projects valued up to $ 30 Million. I maintain exceptional communication and professionalism in my dealings with all project contacts, including Owners, Design Firms, Owner Consultants (Construction Managers), and multiple Sub-Contractors and Vendors. Having Spent time in the field, I practice great attention to detail and understanding of many construction systems. I also practice a forthright planning approach to ensure the Owner's needs are the first priority with each project I undertake. I am responsible for all phases of construction from bidding and buy-out, to construction scheduling and job cost management, as well as directing field personnel.
